First ask teachers ,”Where are you on the Proficiency Scale?” Then, have enough time

for teachers to prepare their own Linguafolio. Afterwards, ask teachers what they learned about their proficiency from their work on their Linguafolio.-Pam (I suggest starting with paper version before moving to online version. EMHart)
homework assignment: do some part of your own LF - bring a question
Regarding “Where are you in your own proficiency..?” Could they select one domain for more in depth work for later, such as present artifacts to support proficiency in one of the domains...eassiest being speaking or writing.
Start with grid, then try a writing task first

how about showing a LF notebook and/or elinguafolio from a student soon into the training to give a concrete visual for participants to examine, or show LF from different students
